This organization is located at 80 Saw Mill Road in Danbury, CT. It provides comfort, support and resources to people living with cancer and to their loved ones.  The free services at Ann’s Place include case management, financial assistance, individual and family counseling, various support groups, and a host of wellness classes and services. All services are available in both English and Spanish. Currently offering both in-person and remote services. In-person services available in Danbury, New Milford and Waterbury, CT.  Please see their website for a detailed listing of their support groups and services.

CancerCare: www.cancercare.org 

CancerCare provides financial and co-pay assistance, counseling, case management, on-line support groups, in-person support groups for residents of NYC, NJ, and Long Island, and education to cancer patients, as well as community programs and services for survivors, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Cancer Support Community: www.cancersupportcommunity.org  

There are 196 locations worldwide, providing programs that include support groups, yoga classes, and educational workshops. For resources and information, contact the Cancer Support Community’s toll-free Helpline at 1-888-793-9355.

Support Connection:  www.support connection.org 

This nonprofit organization in Yorktown Heights, NY offers free support programs and services for people affected by breast, ovarian and gynecological cancer. Peer Counselors are responsible for direct service provision, as well as planning and implementing all services and programs offered by Support Connection.
